The honey Trap incident has come into the picture from Noida where a young man has accused the woman of extorting money from people by trapping her in a honey trap and threatening to implicate them in a false rape case. Deepak alleges that under pressure from the police, he got married to the girl.
Deepak Kumar, a resident of Bihar who is currently living in Sector-41 in the Kotwali area, met Swati a few years ago, alias Siya, on a dating app. He has accused Swati of extorting money from people by trapping them in a honey trap and threatening to implicate them in a false rape case.
One day Swati called Okhla Face-1 to meet Deepak and which led to a physical relationship between the two. Later on, the girl started pressurizing Deepak to marry her but he refused.
After this, the girl started threatening him to accuse him of a false case. When one-day Deepak refused to pay the money, the girl complained to the police. Deepak alleges that under pressure from the police, he got married to the girl.
On the other hand, Kotwali in charge of Vinod Kumar Singh said that the girl was pregnant at the time of marriage. Even after marriage, Swati continued meeting boys which often led to a quarrel between Deepak and Swati.
When Deepak did a background check of the girl, he found that Swati was already married. After the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered in the matter, soon the accused will be interrogated.
The victim also informed that there is a gang active on the dating app where the married woman traps people in her love trap and later blackmails them to extort money.
