A 28-year-old Vikram who is a resident of village Badalgarh in Fatehabad district of Haryana, got acquainted with a girl named Shefali, a resident of Fatehabad. Within a few days, the acquaintance blossomed into a love relationship. As the deceased young man from Fatehabad, Haryana, spent a fortune on his girlfriend. When he asked for the money back, the girl threatened him with false rape case. The boy couldn’t bear the accusation, hence committed suicide by consuming poison. Police have also recovered a suicide note in the case. Police have registered a case against 2 accused including girlfriend.
Ranjubala, the mother of the deceased Vikram, stated in the FIR lodged with the police that Shefali, a resident of Fatehabad, works in Ratia’s bank. After this, he had taken 70 lakh rupees in cash and 10 tola gold by trapping Vikram. Meanwhile, Vikram’s stepfather Omprakash comes to know about the erroneous transaction between Vikram and Shefali. Omprakash filed a case against Vikram and Shefali for fraudulently grabbing money.
Shefali threatened to implicate Vikram in a false rape case if he asked for money back, Shefali threatened to implicate Vikram in a false rape case. Along with Shefali, Vikram had given 40 lakh 30 thousand rupees to a person named Roop in Sardulgarh’s village Roorkee, but Vikram was unable to return the money to his stepfather Omprakash. He was not getting money from anywhere. Seeing himself trapped, Vikram committed suicide. Seeing himself trapped from all sides, Vikram ate poison at his stepfather’s shop in Anaj Mandi on 25 January. He was taken to Hisar hospital for treatment, where he died. Police have also found a suicide note from Vikram’s pocket in the hospital. Police have taken possession of the suicide note and registered an FIR with the statement of Vikram’s mother Ranjubala. The information was received, after which the police reached the spot and took possession of the body. On the complaint of the deceased Vikram’s mother and Ranjubala, a case has been registered against Shefali and Roop of Roorkee village for abetting suicide. The SHO said that a suicide note has been recovered from the deceased, in which he has written about the transaction of Rs. Shefali’s threat to implicate her in the rape case has also been mentioned.
