The husband jumped into the river after eating sulfas with his mother after a quarrel with his wife, mother-son death.

Munni Devi, the sister of deceased said that in the year 2019, his brother was married to Sunita Devi. The couple recently had a son. It is alleged that even after several calls, she did not come to Patna to live together as husband-wife. The deceased Sanjay, was originally a resident of Rahul in Bihar Sharif district, who was harassed by his wife, committed suicide by jumping into the Ganga along with his 80-year-old mother on Saturday evening. The incident took place at Kali Ghat under the Pirbahore police station. When the local people saw the mother and son jumping into the Ganges, they tried to save both of them but couldn’t. However, the mother died on the spot, while the young man died in the Tata ward of PMCH.

Sanjay aka Aman was living with his mother in a rented accommodation near Khemnichak Mangal Chowk. For the last one and a half years, his wife was at her maternal place due to a dispute between husband and wife. As published in Ankhon Dekhi live, “on Saturday morning, Aman had a fight with his wife over a video call.

Aman’s sister Munni Devi said that in the year 2019, he got married to Sunita Devi and recently had a son. Even after several calls, his wife did not come to Patna. She informed that she received a call from him at six o’clock in the evening saying – “Didi bye we are going”. He told his family members to kill himself by consuming the medicine. But he committed suicide by jumping into the Ganges.

As soon as the information was received, Peerbahor police station in-charge Shafiul Haque reached the spot and sent the bodies for post-mortem.
