Actress Varsha Priyadarshini filed a case of domestic violence against her husband Actor turned MP Anubhav Mohanty at the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) court in Cuttack.
Anubhav Mohanty on the other hand, has filed for divorce at the Principle judge family court in delhi. However both the husband and wife has not made any statement in public.
Anubhav Mohanty has also urged at social media to respect their personal space, privacy, and dignity. In his press release, he has also said that “there are always two sides to a story”.
Mohanty has also shared happy moment with his wife Barsha in family.

According to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) 2016 data for “Court Disposal of Crime Against Women Cases”, it states that approximately 12.2 percent of Conviction Rate while approx 90.6 cases are pending before court.
NCRB data, also states that out of 53781 cases disposed off by courts, 5433 cases were convicted where as acquittal was in 39248 cases.
Mens right activist said that, “time to talk rational, men has become more vulnerable due to the laws made in such a way that it favors woman while men treated guilty just after he made accused in crime against women”.
