Ghaziabad police have registered a case of cheating and criminal conspiracy against a woman, for allegedly duping eight husbands in ten years.
The matter came in light when she duped 66 year old construction contractor Jugal Kishore, resident of Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad. The women identified as Monika Malik.
Jugal Kishore got married with Monika in August, 2019, through a Delhi-based matrimonial agency ‘Khanna Vivah Kendra’. Monika fled on October 29, 2019 along with Jewellery and cash, worth Rupees 15 lakh, after two months of the marriage. Then Kishore contacted the matrimonial agency, where the agency threatened to file false case against him.
Kishore also found Monica marriage history and observed that she duped all her previous husband in same way as he was cheated. He also found that, all her marriages were fixed by the same agency
Following his findings, Kishore then filed a complaint against Monica, and the police also found that she had cheated her eight husbands (senior citizens) in the last 10 years. Police have registered an FIR against Monica, her family and the Matrimonial Agency for fraud, theft, extortion and criminal conspiracy.
