Today, bench of Chief Justice D N Patel and Justice C Hari Shankar directed Judicial Enquiry of the violence took place at Tis Hazari Court premise on 2nd Nov 2019.
The probe will be headed by former Delhi HC judge Justice SP Garg and assisted by CBI. The bench given direction to submit the report within 6 week.
The bench directed Delhi Police to register an FIR and immediate suspension of the accused police officers.
The bench also issued directions regarding monetary benefit and directed Delhi Government to provide a lump sum amount to the injured advocates.
