Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has become a mystery, where his supporters from the industry constantly asking for CBI inquiry, now his father has filed a case on Rajput’s female friend actress Rhea Chakraborty for abetment of suicide.
The late actor’s father K K Singh, a retired engineer, filed an FIR in Patna against actress Rhea Chakraborty, alleging Rajput was cheated and then mentally harassed by the actress. Mr Singh has made various allegations on actress including cheating, breach of trust, abetment of suicide.
“Rhea and her family members and her associates conspired and cheated my son for their own financial gain, holding him hostage and forced my son to commit suicide” Rajput’s father K K Singh. (English translation of the complaint, may vary from actual)
Mr Singh while demanding the investigation, alleged in his complaint that his son was well before 2019, and how suddenly he become depressed after coming in contact with Rhea. He also claimed that, he was never asked for any consent for the treatment, while in such situation family must be informed.
Mr Singh also accused Rhea for keeping all the documents of treatment with her and negligence in treatment.
Saturday, the Inspector General of Police (Patna Central) Sanjay Singh, confirmed the FIR. The FIR lodged under Indian Penal Court (IPC) sections 306 (abetment of suicide), 341 (wrongful restraint), 342 (wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (criminal breach of trust) and 420 (cheating).
