Pathak, a 30 year old rickshaw pooler, stoned to death by his own mother and her live-in partner at his residence at New Ashok Nagar, Delhi.
Son was not happy with his mother relationship to another person, and they often had hot discussions on the relationship, the women is also married and her husband lived in UP.
The murder revealed when they called the ambulance after the incident, and ambulance driver observed something wrong due to the marks on his body, so the driver asked more details. Then they flew due to fear of being caught and the same was reported by the driver to police immediately.
Police has found the blood on bricks which was thrown on Pathak. His relative revealed that, he had fear of life due to their relationship and wanted to go back to his father.
The women who killed her son, is also have a 3 month old child who is presently in custody of the sister of Pathak.
