Alarmed by the delay, Payal’s family began searching for him.
During their search, they found Bhavik’s two-wheeler abandoned on the roadside, and eyewitnesses reported seeing three men abducting him after hitting his vehicle from behind with their SUV. Concerned, Payal’s family immediately alerted the police.
The Plot Unravels
When police began investigating the case, they grew suspicious after learning that Bhavik had been married to Payal just four days prior. They questioned Payal, who eventually confessed to orchestrating her husband’s murder. According to her confession, Payal had been in love with her cousin Kalpesh before the marriage, but her parents had forced her into marrying Bhavik.
