A complaint of forgery has been lodged by Kaushik Rao, secretary of Alanda Media Entertainments with Cyberabad police, Hyderabad.
Thursday, media reported that, police are conducting search for TV9 news CEO Ravi Prakash in the alleged forgery matter. They conducting search at the main branch of the channel situated at Banjara Hills.
It appears that, some dispute has arisen in the takeover of Alanda Media Entertainments.
According to media report, It has been alleged in complaint that, Ravi Prakash made false signature of Rao in a letter. The letter was related to opposing the appointment of three directors.
Police deployed at Head Office of the TV9 in the search of Ravi Prakash and to maintain law and order.
