A 12 year old boy allegedly molested by woman who is neighbor of his mother.

The incident took place when, he went to mother’s residence to meet his mother and siblings but door was locked, so the woman then invited the boy to her residence and molested him. She also had nude ‘photograph’ of the boy, which she accepted in court that it was sent by the mother of boy.

After the incident the boy felt disturbed and later he told this to his father. The father and mother of the boy has been separated and his 2 siblings are residing with the mother.

The woman was arrested by Bandra police on 6, January. She claimed her relationship with the boy’s father in the past and also argued that the case is filed with intention to harass her and the mother.

The court observed the nude ‘photographs’ was with accused which she accepted that it was shared by the boy mother, so ordered police to investigate the mother role in this matter. Court rejected the bail based on the ground of photograph and said, the boy and his sibling get into fear once she released.
