Men’s Day trending on Women’s Day, 2019

Every year since 1911, 8th of March being celebrated as International Women’s Day (IWD) across the globe.

IWD is celebrated with an aim to eliminate discrimination against women. It has also focused on equality for women. Almost a century now, IWD was firstly celebrated in 1911. This is now celebrated in almost every country.

Surprisingly this IWD, International Men’s Day (IMD) was trending, TOI confirmed. People seen curious knowing more about IMD, as most people not aware of such celebration for Men.

Comedian Richard K Haring, running a charity campaign to help refugees. He replied to many people on Twitter and make aware of IMD.

IMD rising gradually concerning Men’s Health, Suicide, violence. There are many NGOs and organizations running to support men in distress, and they are also working for recognition of Men’s contribution toward the society.
